Mark has a broad technical skillset and keen ability to simplify deeply technical solutions. He is a skilled communicator who gains an understanding of our customers needs, and from that identifies technology solutions that will improve their businesses.

Mark is our senior account manager in Toim, and works closely with the broader team to implement our technology solutions, and ensures that the core goal behind implementing the solution is maintained from initial discussion through to implementation and ongoing support.

Mark and the account management team work with our customers on their ongoing IT support objectives, IT strategy, IT budgeting, and cybersecurity uplift all as part of our continuous improvement.
